I ordered a textbook book from Knetbooks in January 2020, but due to COVID-19, I never really opened it. Upon returning the book, the company is trying to say that I sent back a different book, and wants me to me pay for it. The book literally never left my bookshelf, and I sent back what I received. The issue is still not resolved, as they try to make me financially responsible for them sending me the wrong book.
