NO REFUND!

I wasn't even offered another revision. Instead, the manager and the online agents blocked my IP address and sent inappropriate messages.

Please find below the manager's response:
"... upon Quality Department's decision regarding mistakes, we are able to issue a partial refund of 1%."

According to the website's regulation, in case of a full refund, the company is allowed to publish the deliverable on the website. I sent the company my own original work along with the assignment specification so that they can build on it. Therefore, in order to make sure they won't be using the document that I sent them, I suggested a solution of a 99% refund (as a technicality). The manager in their inappropriate response accused me of "conniving a scheme" to get the money back and use their deliverable after all. By no means am I going to use the low-quality papers that they delivered. I doubt the quality team has any Computer Science background to judge the professional quality of the papers.

All in all, besides the poor quality of the deliverables, the attitude toward me was out of place.

Writers are not qualified to work on complex IT subjects. Very unprofessional. It is clear that the editors are not experts in IT as most of their explanations are wrong while others are too simple. There are a lot of mistakes and inaccuracies. I cannot use the paper or even parts of it, as it sounds like it was written by somebody who is certainly unfamiliar with the subject. Waiting for a refund.

Thank you for your feedback.

As we have previously informed you about our decision regarding the refund, we tolerate no fraudulent activity. We protect both Customers and Writers from fraudulence.

From the very first step of placing an order, the Customer contacted the support team to familiarize herself with the Refund policy and procedure to get the refund.

Upon the first version of the delivery, the Customer has requested the full refund. However, we agreed to reassign the writer and deliver the new version of the paper.

Upon the second version of the paper delivery for free, the Customer has immediately requested the full refund again. The reason for the refund was "several mistakes in the paper" this time. Unfortunately, no valid proof of low quality was provided by the Customer.

Additionally, due to our policy, to protect the copyrights in case of FULL REFUND we reserve the right to publish the work.

Therefore, the fully-familiarized with our Refund policy Customer has requested 99% refund in order to receive her money back and be able to use both delivered papers for her own purposes.

Considering Customer's activity as fraudulence we offered to issue a partial refund for "several mistakes" found in the paper by our Quality Department upon Customer's report.
As long as the Customer has chosen a regular writer to work on the paper which foresees the possibility of several typographical mistakes, the stipulated reason cannot serve strong evidence for the full refund.
