I am very disappointed, I started the trial for 1.95 and canceled it before it ended, but I still somehow got charged for 24.95 a month later. Now they won't even give me a refund and just told me to keep using it. This is a huge inconvenience and I will not be using this site again

It's only after going through the entire resume creation process AND creating a username+password...

If you did, in fact, cancel your account and receive an email confirming the cancellation there's no way for us to charge your credit card. This type of behavior typically occurs if the customer creates multiple accounts, uses multiple resume builder websites or that no cancellation was issued before the end of your trial period.
