I have placed an order with this seller on 1st of December 2019. Seller sent me payment instruction and i placed an order. Seller promised to send the tracking shortly and dispatch within 2-4 working days. I have approached the seller about the tracking and seller demanded additional $100 dollars to insure the parcel. I have refused and asked for refund. Seller has ignored the request and my phone calls. I have informed that i have no choice but to report them and the seller replied to this message:"Great, thumb up!" the money remain in possession of the seller and no goods were posted.
