As we booked the flight, the site updated our information! We got our tickets changed to a different date! Called them within seconds to correct the issue. We were informed we will be charged extra fro nay changes as if it wasn't their fault! DO NOT USE this site! Customer service is not helpful, the site is a SCAM!

This means that, if there are cheaper flights available for alternate dates, we will post these at the top of our search results for travelers who are flexible.

As a travel agency, we do have separate fees from the airline when it comes to any changes or cancellations. There is a brief description of these fees at the bottom of your confirmation email as well as in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.justfly.com/terms-and-conditions)
