I ordered a non-prescription sunglass on their site and it took them 10 days to respond to me regarding the status of my order. Unfortunately it has been another week now and no details of shipping. It is still "in process". It's a non-prescription glasses so what are they processing? They should be honest enough to say they are out of stock so consumers have the option to proceed with their orders or not. I should have just bought it at Macy's.

I ordered from them and is supposed to be delivered May 6 but until now, there was no email regarding my order. I tried contacting them but they do not have any contact number. This is unacceptable!
I ordered from them for delivery via grubhub at 8:02 pm and they kept on changing the delivery time. After 2 hrs of waiting, they just cancelled the order at around 10:05 Pm. They could have just cancelled earlier so I can still place an order from another place. This is really unacceptable behavior and I will never order from them again!
I ordered at El Loro Mexican resto using grubhub at 8:02 pm and they processed right away the payment but they kept on delaying the delivery time. They kept on changing the time until it's almost 2 hrs wait and they have not delivered it yet. It's almost 10 pm now and they again posted that it will be delivered between 10:05- 10:15 Pm. This is unacceptable!
I ordered canvas photos in different sizes from this company and they all look amazing, light in weight, good quality and fast service (2-3 days). Compared to the other two companies that sells the same products, so far canvas discount is better. Their towels are also good, quality wise but it takes few more days to arrive.
