“Partial payment for undelivered item”

I haven't received the item. When I raised the dispute Ali express is paying me only 60% of the amount that I have paid. For claiming the amount I have to wait for 90 days after my order and I am very much upset on this. A total of three items I didn't receive.

Tip for consumers:
For anyone to purchase in Qatar suggest to go for others where we can get the item at home. Ali express don’t deliver to your house and you can end up with lose. You can have different options like pay on delivery with different other markets guys
