What a mess, it took a long time to get the dress I ordered. In fact, I began to wonder if it would even get here in time for the wedding. The sizing is NOT for American women. I don't know who they fit but small is not even the right word. Returning it was a nightmare. E-mailed for a Return Authorizatuion and waited, waited, finally emailed again and then take pictures of the package!? Still haven't gotten my money and it's taken 4 months from beginning to now, for a $100. Dress! NEVER AGAIN!

As to size, ple note some of our items run one size smaller, so it will be better to choose bigger size. Every time when you click the size "S, M, L"etc,it will show the corresponding detailed measurements for the specific size. Then you can check. You need to refer to the item Product Details to see the exact measurements first and choose the corresponding size (S, M, L, etc). The size guide is just a reference for all the items, which is not as accurate as the info of product details.

About the return, upon checking, the refund had sent to your original account.
Please kindly check your account by then to make sure you receive the refund.

My daughter and I went to the Dallas Apparel Market and placed an order with these people. The representative was from Florida, named Oriana Delle Cave, an she gladly took our debit card and processed it immediately for $650. Order. That was in April 2016 and this is Sept. 2016 and we still have not received ANYTHING.
Tried to contact Oriana, NOPE not there. Tried contacting the company itself and their answer was "We've had trouble with Oriana, too. Sorry!"

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT order these shoes. Might as well set your money on fire, you'll get NOTHING!
