I tried to buy an e-gift card for a relative online. The site will not let you use PayPal (verified) as a guest so I had to enter my credit card information. It gives me a confirmation of purchase and an email confirmation. Within an hour I get an email telling me "Action Required" for me to get an Authorization Code or Trace Code from my bank. After 40mins on hold, I am told by bank they don't do that, the merchant has to call. I get on the phone again and another 25mins go by, opted for callback and then replied to email. They tell me I should use PayPal as a verified purchase method! Their site won't let you do that as a guest! Why should a customer call bank to verify and then send the merchant the verification code. Why am I doing the work for their sale. Ridiculous! After 5 emails and two phones calls, no giftcard. I do not recommend this business for anyone. They are NOT customer friendly at all!
