PLEASE PLEASE take the advice on these reviews. This company is absolutely horrible. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MEGA MOTOR MADNESS. We bought a dirtbikes for our7 year old for Christmas and he rode it 1 day and the clutch came apart ND bent the crank. Then of course issues arise with the warranty and shipping g cost more then we paid for the bike. We are now disputing g with the credit card company to try and get our money back. PLEASE do not be naive and think it won't happen to you when it comes to this company. Beware!

Hi Elaine, We apologize for the issue you had with your product. When an order is placed on our website, our system automatically sends you an email regarding our terms and conditions. At the time of purchase, you are covered under the parts warranty for 3 months and 1 year on the engine internals. Even after the warranty parts/tech support is always available. Did you contact us to discuss the issue with your dirt bike? More likely it could have been a simple fix that could have been resolved by us sending out replacement parts or we could discuss an exchange or refund. If you ever need our assistance, we are here for you!
