I just celebrated my two-year anniversary of coming to ILKB in Linthicum, MD. Originally, I was looking for a different way to workout to lose weight, but I got a whole lot more. This is how I am able to be focused, empowered, and take care of myself. I come 5 days a week as this is my respite. Losing weight is just a bonus in this process. Also, I love the community that I have created here and the great instructors!
