I purchased these headsets and that very hour I cancelled it. I called them and they promised to cancel it and it didn't even show up on my charge. They sent the headsets anyway! I emailed support and asked them what to do with it. They said:
We have a 14 day return policy (from date of shipment) with a 30% restocking fee. This was indicated in the Terms and Agreements at the point of purchase.
So you have to pay for the return shipping PLUS 30% restocking fee... so THINK!
