I bought an item that the seller kept lying to me about when it would be delivered. He lied that he had the product when I bought it as he hadn't even made it yet. After several months I contaceted the seller through ebay for a return and full refund as the seller hadn't sent the item. Ebay said t not to worry as they had a 100% guarantee. After many communications with the seller and my putting an honest bad review on the seller, the seller said he would refund but never did. He quickley sent a shoddy replica of the item, AFTER the request for refund and BEFORE anything was ever shipped, completley ignoring my refund request. Ebay closed my case with a denial for a refund and even removed my bad review on the seller. What a joke. BEWARE Ebay does NOT had a 100% money back guarantee. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE PRODUCT. I CANCELLED THE ORDER BEFORE IT WAS SHIPPED AND ASKED FOR A REFUND WHICH THE SELLER EVEN SAID HE WOULD SEND! Refund NEVER came. My next step is my bank which I have requested them to remove the fraudelant charge. The ebay seller was ADAMSCRAFT. Don't trust them or Ebay.
