I ordered new merchandise and I received used filthy dirty merchandise and contracted a skin irritation.
When I notified the vendor i got a runaround, asking that i provide proof that the goods were sent to me dirty. I had just received the parcel. How exactly can a customer prove that it was shipped used?
When I called the CSR and the Supervisor both were very not willing to replace the order, are incapable of resolving a simple issue and it reflects poorly on SVP Sports and the owners.
Tip for consumers:
Don't shop at SVP Sports, you will get a headache! The Customer service is inexistent!!
