The website was good. The customer service was good, and we ordered a platform bed. We went back and forth with emails, we made sure everything was clear and measurements were EXACTLY the way we wanted them. We waited 6 weeks and got our bed. It was the WRONG measurements. They said it was custom made so it can't be fixed or changed. It was their mistake! They didn't make it the right size.
They have no clue what their doing. Flowers were supposed to be delivered same day, 3 days later still were not. Then they gave me a hard time giving me a refund and was on the phone with them for about 30 minutes repeating my order number to about 5 different people. Sigh. And I missed the surprise.
