I did a price freeze for me and my husband. They charge me twice but stated it was for one passenger. When they credit me back for one ticket, they deleted my freeze so my flight was not available on the app. I email them out 6 times and no one has responded back so I deleted the app and took the $62 lost and book my flight with Justfly.com. Because I have never had any problems with them in the past.
