Scam site. The site will claim to have a report available for licence plate number, then, after it has accepted payment, admit that it has no information available for that license plate number.

According to the site's TOS, the fact that it cannot generate a report is in itself a chargeable report.

I made two requests, one with a no-good license plate number, and one with a correct number. My money was refunded for the bad license plate number, and the correct data was returned for the correct license plate number.

Some similar services are both more expensive and less honest.

The replies took between 12 and 24 hours, which I consider acceptable. Of course, you need to be sure to supply a correct e-mail address for the response.
