P. O # *******. SKU: HA-SPK-PACKAGE409-1. What they advertise to fit without modifications in a 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 regular cab rear speakers DOES NOT FIT without modifications. Also they sent the factory speaker wire adapters that fit the factory plug but does not plug into the speakers they sent! Duh! And the worst customer service rep "Paul Smith" continued to demand those are the correct speakers. And if I don't want them, it will cost the buyer return shipping even for HiFiSound "Con" making the mistake! The cost of return shipping is not worth the expense.
As for them shipping the product to me. It was small boxes and parts wrapped up in thin plastic wrap. By the time I received the package it was torn, worn and parts scuffed. Obviously the package was taped up by the shipping company as to keep it all together. As if HiFiSound "Con" can't afford a shipping box! What da?
If I had a worst enemy, I won't suggest dealing with HiFiSound "Cons". STAY AWAY! You will GET Screwed by HiFiSound "Cons". There are much better quality products and service out there. I should have heeded all the reviews and warning signs. STAY AWAY from HiFiSound "Con"!
