At this point we have received damaged goods, been ignored by customer service, threatened by the owner and shouted at... when all we wanted to do was buy some furniture. Terrible company, would advise people to pay the little bit more more and go with a more well known company to ensure you have the ability to get a refund if you are given low quality products.
My partner Edna has ordered some furniture which was damaged when it arrived.
We have asked for a refund via email and also over the phone and we have been ignored for 2 days, when you call up no one answers and if they do they say they don't work in the warehouse so they cant help.
*We have had a response today offering a replacement but now we have seen the quality of what they offer we do not want it... we are not being told they will only offer a replacement and not a refund which is illegal and to be honest shows a poor way in dealing with customers
**update, immediately after leaving this review my wife was called by "lewis" who said our review is damaging their business and if I remove the review they'll now give me my refund once the furniture has been picked up. The only problem is that when you read the other reviews you can tell they're unreliable. We told them we would only remove the review once we have been refunded... who would do this the other way around i do not know.
They are clearly upset its payday weekend and people will see this review and all of the others from the past 12 months.
Another person called us, sounded like a london accent. VERY rude and said that if we do not remove the review TODAY we will not get a refund ever because its the weekend and they get their orders on weekends. We have explained we will remove the review once we have actually received our refund but this man raise his voice at my partner and she ended the call on him because of his rude and obnoxious tone. When you read the other reviews you'll see a pattern here... and also most people can tell some of the positive reviews are fake.
