This is my situation. I purchased a x pipe on 6/12 and arrived on time. It was defective since both the pipe and extension was 3 inches in diameter. I emailed with pictures to the "mustang expert" and was told "it can be confusing if you've never done one before". Sorry but I sent pictures with my emails and if both are same size, it won't fit! So I sent emails and pictures to the customer service representative and she said if I wanted to send it back, I would have to pay for the shipping. I asked why and was told only damaged or defective parts will be honored for a free shipping back. After many more emails and pictures, I told her the part was defective since it didn't fit. She sent me a return label. Cjpony received the pipe on 6/29 and I received the refund on 7/6. I also sent pictures of the box. Glad I took pictures of the box before opening it. It had many dents and a big hole. The hole was covered completely with lots of tape. I'm sure after seeing the pictures of the box, my theory is that she also knew the pipe was returned many times before but was not taken out of stock. I also called Cjpony many times and they put me on hold for over 400 minutes plus. All this after over 65 emails with pictures. I have dealt with CJPonyParts.com in the past for over 6 years. They have gone down hill!
