The OWNER of the company called me back within an hour and had the issue resolved in a couple of minutes! Awesome product and customer service. How refreshing to find a company that actually has customer service.
I cancelled my subscription within the free trial period. They then proceeded to charge my account anyway. Now my account is overdrawn and I have to pay the fees. Thanks Grammarly... now I will be walking to and from work. No money for gas this week.
