I purchased vinyl from this site with the expectations that the order would be fulfilled promptly as it had been before. After a week of the order still in the "processing" phase I elected to e-mail the owner to inquire about the order. She did respond to the first e-mail and said she did not see any pending orders. After another week had gone by the transaction had cleared my banking account and I wrote her again to inquire about my order, no response. A few days later another inquiry and you guessed it, no response. It has now been over three weeks and the vendor lives less than 3 hours away from me and I still get no response, I have noticed that the order went from a "processing" to a "completed" status as of a week and a half ago. Stay away from this vendor, their products are wonderful but the customer service and logistics of this company have faltered.
