I have been a customer since 2016. My first shipment with them I was nervous and emailed when I didn't get my package (I expected a week, but it came in a month). Alex, the manager, reassured me it was on its way. Since then I have made many purchases - there has never been a problem with an order! As I am from Canada - packages consistently take 1 month to get here (I don't mind - the shipping fee is barely there). Last week, Alex emailed me to let me know one item I selected was unavailable and offered a refund or exchange for other item (refund difference)t o let me know before they ship it. From 2016 - 2021 (present), Alex has provided consistent quality service! I am so glad they were able to survive Coronavirus and keep Ibbi going. I am a huge fan and I hope to go to them for continuous years for my korean beauty supply!
