Last night I was charged $20 for Spokeo without even knowing what it was, so now I'm locked out of my funds because of a service I've never heard of and never used.
Edit: now they claim I have an active subscription, how can I do that when I don't even have an account.
Edit 2: They tried to refund only half the amount when I was looking for a full refund of the crappy con service.

Our memberships provide exclusive content to subscribers, which is activated immediately after payment is processed. Payments for Spokeo services will appear on your billing statement as SPK*SPOKEO.
