Last night I was charged $20 for Spokeo without even knowing what it was, so now I'm locked out of my funds because of a service I've never heard of and never used.
Edit: now they claim I have an active subscription, how can I do that when I don't even have an account.
Edit 2: They tried to refund only half the amount when I was looking for a full refund of the crappy con service.
