I inquired about an internet price of a 2019 Subaru Outback. I never received an answer. What I received was a sales pitch email. I responded with my offer. I simply said 'This is what I want.' Never did I say it was not negotiable. What I got back was a demeaning, condescending email inferring that I was out of my mind because I was WAY off on the prices. Never did I receive a counter offer, negotiating a price. I was told to go to CARMAX to see what they would give me for my car!

I have purchased/negotiated MANY car deals and I know what invoice price is before I suggest a price. I also know that if a dealer is motivated enough, they can make ANY deal happen. Instead I was left to feel like I was an IDIOT for even suggesting this deal. I find this APPALLING AND UNACCEPTABLE.

I wrote to the owner and his response was equally as rude and he threatened me too. If this is the type of customer service you want, buy from them.
