Tip for consumers:
Greendot is trying to keep my money due to a fraud issue. I've been lied to for a month now. I've talked to probably 100 different agents who all tell me something different. I've submitted my documents a minimum of 10 times now. They keep closing my case while telling me the documents are invalid which is not true. They are just pushing me around buying time hoping I go away so they can keep my $500.
I am not going away greendot corp. This is far from over.
