I purchased a hoodie at the beginning of December. I purchased expidited shipping (10 days). They sent me a USPS tracking number that does not work, and the item is being shipped from another country they say, so there's no way for them to even ship it via USPS. They purchased a label and never used it do keep me waiting for it. The last response from their customer service (which is a Gmail account) said "You will get your package when you get it". I opened a PayPal claim and was refunded the full amount after PayPal realized they were scamming lots of people.
