I shipped my Tv through fedex a couple of months ago to Los Angeles, the TV arrived damaged, filled a claim online with FedEx and they still haven't reimbursed me for the damages. They have been giving me a round around, claiming that the documents that I filled were not acceptable and occasionally refusing to speak to me on the phone whenever I called. It's been a terrible experience for me. The shipping cost was 200 dollars plus and I paid more than 1400 for the time. It's been more than two months since they damaged my television and they are still giving me a run around.
