“Terrible customer service”

I bought a Balenciaga skirt and tried to return it but they refused to accept it saying that I had worn and washed the skirt. I haven't and the manager was quite petronising and not willing to listen at all. Never doing business with them again! If I had washed the skirt I would have kept it, not the type of people that buys something, wears it and sends back, I am respectful of the industry that I am also part of.
