This is a long story, so I will try to keep it as short as possible. On 12/28/19, we went to TSI Diesel Worx, in Gulfport MS. For a blower motor fan in our motor homes dash, While waiting the owner came out and told us we were looking at 2 major repairs. Costing $8,000 and the other $6,000.00... Needless to say we were scared to death, but the owner said not to worry he could take care the these issues by reprogramming our motor homes computer.
We were talked into the repair. When we got our motor home back, it would not accelerate as normal. It was like a turtle trying to get up to speed. We pulled over and tried accelerating again, same thing... I called the shop and a mechanic came out and did nothing. He told we had to drive it for 150 miles or more as the computer has to learn how we drive. Which is a total lie! We tried getting the problem resolved for over 2 1/2 weeks and 30 some phone calls. Had file a dispute with our credit card company. On 1/16/20 received a threating phone cal and the owner told us not contact his shop or his mechanic anymore. 2/12/20 Took our motor home to 2 different diesel shops and got 2 estimates. It will now cost us between $3889. 00 and $4,616.00 to fix. If we would have had this failures, the check engine light would have come on, an alarm would have gone off and it would set and show the code on our dash panel. Which we had none of. This was a total scam run by TSI Diesel Worx... So Stay Away from this place.
