-Wrote lots of jargon
-Simple grammar mistakes (they claim to be graduate level writers)
-Count words and not pages (expect 5 pages to be 4.5 pages only)

I chatted with Live Support before I even placed an order for their writing service. They said they would be able to do it and that it's 100% money back guarantee if they were NOT able to write a usable paper for me. I communicated all the necessary information with them. When I got my product, it was not related to my topic. They asked for a second chance, I said ok. Then they got back to me and said they could NOT find enough source to complete my product. I live chatted again, and now they are just NOT responding at all. I tried calling the number they have listed *******754) but it is no longer in service. I've also emailed them but I doubt they will email me back. I am no longer able to send messages to the writer or their support from my account on their site as well. This is a scam!
