I wanted to redeem my points but at no point did it allow me to do this. I am not pleased. And now I will be losing the "special code" amongst my other emails. Not cool.

Some of the items looked like good Christmas gifts... but after waiting a week and not receiving any notice of shipment I emailed the company to cancel my order. I thought it was coming from the USA but it is definitely shipping from China and I would've been lucky to get it in time. When I asked to cancel I got an email back asking me to keep my order and be patient! I sent a flurry of ‘cancel and refund' emails and they finally have!
So be cautious and expect to wait a long while to receive your order.
Also, the positive reviews are very suspicious/odd. I suspect that they are all written by people at the company.
