I was a first time buyer of Zaful and I ordered some swimwear for my birthday trip. I ordered on May 25th. It is now June 26th and I still dont have my order. They said they put in a claim with the shipper. I called and spoke with the shipper, the vendor (Zaful) never filed a claim. I spent over 300 dollars and now I dont have my items or my money back. They are very slow to respond and they arent giving me any answers. I will be filing a claim with my credit card if I do not get a resolution. This was an awful experience and Im never buying from them again.
