1. Items were placed in bag and as I was checking out you began deleting items. Get your inventory STRAIGHTENED OUT. If I'm checking out then the items should be in stock! Give your customers a 2 minute clock to finish entering information before you sell to someone else! That was ridiculous and your "canned" employee replies didn't help! Two separate items were removed while I was dealing with checkout!
2. Either offer the discount or don't. If I log on to my account I should not have to go back and forth to my email to type in your ridiculous long code!. If you've sent me an email discount then it should AUTO post to my order or it should be a SIMPLE click. You don't really want to help your loyal customers with discounts!
