Ordered flowers for a funeral on 3/20/18 arrived at the funeral and my flowers were not there. I have spent an entire day contacting the company... waited on line hours to speak to someone only to be tolld someone would have to call me back in a few mi utes so stay by your phone. They do not return tbe calls, so I then sent an email and they reply in writing if you report this again it will put you further back in the que. When you call in for the status a recording says if they didnt call you then there probably isnt a problem with your order. Interesting when you call and do get a voice they seem to have trouble looking up the account order number and tell you to wait until someone calls you. Definitely a SCAM... they are also connected to Avery Flowetrs who I called for the Flowetrs and Flower Shopping.com took the call.
