I have been building my computers since 1980 and know my way around these programs quite well however Guruaid, far surpasses my abilities and gives me peace of mind when things go terribly wrong. Their no nonsense approach to resolving issues is concise and thorough. I have been with them for over 4 years now and would never make a change. Tip for consumers:
Be patient as it took your computer a while to get fouled up you might have to wait 50 minutes however it is well worth your time and you can learn many things by watching them work.
