Found incorrect lyrics to a number of songes here. I have the original vinyl with the original liner notes in most cases, but notifying lyrics.com is useless -- they refuse to make corrections.

I wouldn't trust them for any lyrics.

I've been shopping with Nuts.com for a few years now, and mostly, I like them. Their products are always as advertised, fresh, and tasty. Shipping is generally fast and reliable (they tend to use FedEx). Prices are a tad higher than some other places, but the freshness and speed of delivery make it worthwhile. Customer support staff are friendly, and usually very responsive.

A couple of caveats keep them from quite being a 5-star enterprise in my book. For one, there doesn't seem to be any easy way to review products sold on their website (which is why I'm reviewing here). There are reviews there, but none of their staff has ever been able to explain to me how I can post a review there, so I have to take their reviews with a grain of salt.

One other minor issue is that not all of their website features work. Supposedly there is a way to designate "favorite" products, so that it's easy to reorder them. It says this on the website. But again, I've never been able to make this feature work, nor have any of their customer support team been able to get it to work for me.

But, other than that, a good, reliable supplier for good, fresh nuts and related products. I will continue to shop there, and hope they fix their website features, eventually.

As a player of guitar and many guitar-related instruments (banjo; mandolin; bass; charango; etc.) it has behooved me to learn to maintain, repair, and otherwise service my instruments. StewMac has been my go-to for string instrument tools and parts for a number of years. They have the right tools, and are continually innovating to develop new tools various luthier tasks which come up. Additionally, they have a phenomenal collection of free tips; how-to videos; and suggestions for instrument fixes.

Their service is impeccable, and on the few occasions I've needed to return something, or something got lost in the mail, they've made good immediately. Their tech support people are also great at answering questions by email, and suggesting the appropriate parts, tools, and procedures to make everything work.

I do have to say that their prices can be a bit high. Mostly I write this off as the cost of the overhead they maintain to keep a great selection, and to provide free tips. But occasionally some of the same tools can be found elsewhere for a lower price. On the other hand, thanks to their innovation, some tools can only be had from StewMac.

At any rate, whether you're a professional luthier, or just want to try your hand at making a new bridge saddle for your favorite guitar, this is the place to check out first.

I needed a bunch of LED light strings for an art project, with specific colors of both bulbs and wire. Christmas Central is one of a very few places that had the colors, styles, and lengths I wanted among their stock.

If you've used LED light strings you may have noticed that although many of them now come with removable/replacable bulbs, no one seems to be selling actual LED replacement bulbs. A little like selling canned food when no can openers are available.

Contacted Christmas Central customer service to ask them if they carried replacement bulbs for the strings I was purchasing, and if so, could they point me to a link on thier website where I could purchase the bulbs. I was told that they couldn't answer my question without contacting someone at their warehose who supposedly knew the answer.

OK, so I waited. And waited. And waited.

Finally I contacted them again, and repeated my question. I didn't want to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of light strings with replaceable bulbs, unless I was sure I could actually get replacements for them. CC sent another email telling me they would check on my request and get bac to me.

They never did. I sent several more emails, and got auto-responses creating "tickets", but no human being ever responded to any on my subsequent emails. This went on for three months. Note that this was in March - June, so it was not during their busy Christmas season.

Finally I concluded that CC did NOT carry replacement LED bulbs for their LED strings. I ended up buying the strings anyway -- in July -- and ordering a couple extra strings to use for replacement bulbs. CC could have made their sale much earlier, and I probably would have bougth more, had they just responded promptly and honestly to my original inquiry.

When I did order I received the order quickly, in good condition, and I am satisfied with the quality of the lights I received.

I will add, though, that I feel it is misleading to advertise light as having "replaceable bulbs" when, if fact, you neither sell replacement bulbs for them, or have any idea where to get replacement bulbs for them.

The poor suctomer service cost CC one star on this review, and the false advertising about the "replaceable" bulbs cost them another, Improve either of these things, and I'll gladly rewrite my review in a more positive tone.
