Their ad says "Brandywine is dedicated to giving our customers the best product and service in the auto parts industry." That was NOT my experience at Upper Marlboro location.
I was told by Jonathan I was buying good transmission 2x—both were damaged upon arrival, car's been sitting at shop, I needed my money refunded to buy another trans. Before shop charges me for car sitting so long, was given the run-around about refund but they claim they sent it, then after being interrupted & hung up on 2 times, these guys tag-team lied on me (they said I was rude when I was trying to get my sentences out without being interrupted)!
Jason & another guy were also involved. I heard the other guy lie & say to others I wouldn't listen when they were interrupting me. I doubt they would do this to a man. Gender discrimination.
Pat/Mgr. Apologized, but as a former Mgr. I know the reason these guys were rude is because they are allowed to be rude with no repercussions. Emailed the owner to let him know why I will not do business there again. He politely apologized, though that does not make up for other represetatives' behavior causing me unnecessary stress. They acted like I had no reason to be irritated!
