If you need outdoor apparel, this place is it! Superb prices and shipping!
I usually go here first before the other large "competiton" for my supplies, b/c the brands are slightly better.
Most of the time, I go here if the other favorite doesn't have what I need. It's pretty much a toss up between the two.

The tools are quite good for the money, wish most of the tools were still produced here in the US.
Their online site isn't on par with most online retailers, considering they are one of the larger retailers. Do yourself a favor and do some real shopping at the store itself.

Nonexistent customer service-will not respond to emails. You can find better service and prices elsewhere.
Prices aren't nothing to brag about; CS is nonexistent. Go to the big "A."
I purchased an item and used a code to get free shipping. They emailed me, claiming that the code is for pickup only. I told them to cancel my order, for what's the point of the "free shipping" code. They essentially replied that they could care less.
