Don't expect your image to come out looking like the preview image provided if you're ordering a custom printed phone case. We intended to order a bulk of these cases with our custom designed wallpaper centered on the rear. The online proof provided looked wonderful, but after waiting 10 days for delivery of this printed item, the colors were too dark and the image wasn't centered (even though it was in the proof.) when I called and spoke with Elizabeth in customer service, she asked around and informed me that they can't guarantee that each case would be centered (ever) or that two cases would look the same. She also agreed that the colors were off and offered zero suggestions as to correcting this. She inevitably informed me that Collage.com wasn't going to be a good choice for our company to print with and she would be refunding my purchase cost. That's all fine and dandy besides the fact that you false advertised a proof, wasted my time waiting on that proof, and then didn't even attempt to resolve your internal printing issues. I highly recommend NOT Using Collage.com. As a professional Graphic Designer, I have never dealt with a print shop this unwilling to work with a customer. This is a BAD BUSINESS and this review will remain until the collage.com marketing team attempts to fix their internal issues and informs us of the changes.
