“Arrogant investor relations officer”

I was new to investing when I came across Diversyfund. I wanted to learn as much as I can digest about investing, the risk and rewards, and the things I should watch out. However, the investor relations officer that was assigned to me seems to think highly of himself. He made me looked stupid while talking to him. I understand he knows his job well but there's no point in making your client feel inferior to you.
