“Still waiting for my order after one month... so”

I ordered 1 month ago, still I had nothing. But what it is very anoing it is the way their customer service is dealling with my queries. From 3 attemtps to get in touch with them, they only reply once at the beginning saying that I have to give it a bit more days.And that was all. After one week I asked again about the order... no reply. 10 days later... again no reply. Looks like I just throw some money out of the window how long they don't bother to respond on my queries. By the way... the DHL tracking number is invalid(provided by the company) so I cannot track the order by any mean. I'll try to find that if it's legal for a seller to provide an inexistent tracking nr. STAY AWAY>>>TOTALLY JOKE

After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later....
