The seller policy is that the offer is not suppose to mislead the buyer into thinking they are bidding on anything more or less than what they will receive. Sadly this is not the case.
They will allow you to refuse the item, they will even credit you for the total cost and tell you to keep the item (don'; t know what I can do with all this clothes 3 sizes to small). For the first few times,. But than, after countless disappointments, wrong sizes (clothes sizes are extremely off), advertised qty of item different than what is actually shipped. I. E. 3 items pictured and in bold red letters( 3PCS Outdoor Hunting Waist Belt Stealth Tactical Holster Military Safety Clasp Waterproof Nylon Shooting Camping) and only 2 ships (bold print and picture are the 3, but in the small print on next page, you will read 2pcs., That turns out to mean you only get 2. So misleading with pictures and with the BOLD wording, that everyone sees, but than they get to say but it said you only get 2 pcs in the description. That also due to time limits of bidding, most people don't have the time to read every word and still have time left to place a bid.
Now after they give you your hey we are nice guy routine, they will still let you return the item for a full refund. Did I mention that the bulk of this material seems to be shipping from overseas. So if I ship the item back, now I am out the item and the shipping just to get my money refunded. Great Deal

Rating items is important because 1.) other buyers will be able to review the average rating on products before they bid, and 2.) items rated consistently low will automatically stop being scheduled on the platform. For these reasons we encourage you to rate the products you have purchased, although doing so is not required.
