Paid $. 95 for a one-time phone # look-up. Got it and was billed $. 95. First of month following they billed me $24.95 monthly subscription. I called their customer service and they said it was a 7-Day trial which I needed to have canceled. I never signed up for a "trial". Their customer service person said they would cancel my monthly subscription but not refund my $24.95. I told them I was calling my credit card company to reverse the charge. They told me to "go right ahead". Two minutes later I received an email refunding my $24.95. This is clearly a scam. They figure that most people will cancel but not fight the charges already charged. I will call my state's Attorney General's office tomorrow and let them know about this deceptive practice.
