I have been a personal user of mail.com for the last year. I even got an account for my wife. Everything was fine until 3 days ago! We have tried logging in, but we are blocked due to apparent "irregular activities" - WHAT IRREGULAR ACTIVITIES???? - we have been using this account to make our home purchase so now we can't get to the documents!!

Support won't help us and no one will tell us what to do! I tried to convert the account to PREMIUM thinking this would help. Won't work either!

I agree with the previous post - they deserve to burn in hell! STAY THE F$%^& AWAY IF YOUR INFORMATION AND EMAIL ARE IMPORTANT TO YOU!

Extremely dissatisfied user!!!!!!!!!!!!!
