I ordered flowers on the 6th of February and paid extra to guaranty the delivery on the 14th and they never arrived! When I called after 48 minutes they offered to send them 2 days late. I was dealing with people in the Philippines on their call center and she couldn't find a supervisor to talk to me. I would use a local flower source going forward. They also told me it could be up to 60 days for a refund. Not a great experience at all!
