Recently purchased a shirt and vest from Infectious Threads. After placing the order I noticed on their website that both the shirt and vest were eligible for free shipping.
I contacted Andee Barnhart and inquired about the free shipping. His response was: That is because the Free Shipping promotion started on Sun 12/17 and you placed your order on Friday 12/15. None of our sales are retroactive. Im very sorry about that!
I then asked EXACTLY where does it specify that on your website? Andee's response was: It doesn't specifically state that phrasing on our website. However, it is an industry-wide standard policy. So sorry about that! Andee
"An industry-wide standard policy"? Instead of reimbursing me the $38 for shipping I got some lame excuse about an "industry-wide standard policy." Buyer beware.
