Prices for hosting a very reasonable if not outright cheap and support is usually responsive and handle things fast.
The issue is that they have had major outages, 3 that I can remember, in the last year. During each of these outages all my sites were down for more than a day, sometimes even longer and/or email was down for more than a day.
They made minimal attempts or no attempts to appease me or compensate for the outages as well.
In today's day and age this just means that they are not technically sound as they do not have reliable contingency plans for outages and that they do not care about their customers.
