The worst online - order, pay, and pick-up at store experience ever. Even worse than walmart.com. The first online order placed for store pickup was out of stock at the designated store after driving 15 miles to pick it up. This was after receiving a confirmation email that it was ready for pickup.The second experience was even worse though the product was in at the customer service desk for pickup.It tool four employees and finally the manager to even complete the task of scanning the product after it was already paid for online. They refused to release the item even though their system showed that the order had been placed and paid for online. After three hours and five employees later, (one on the phone with the company's support line, on hold,, and never even got through to a person), I was offered the following solutions. Cancel the order and receive a refund (whenever their non-functioning systems are able issue it) or Cancel the order, pay for the item a second time in the store, (and hope the refund is issued). Incompetent employees and even a worse online ordering system for a company that deals in "technology".
