2 things: 1] you should have a size chart; 2] The shipping cost should be put in BEFORE commitment to buy so that the total cost is shown before deciding to buy. And these are Great slippers - I wish there had been an assigned shipping tracker so I wouldn't have had to call.
Description of the product (slippers) fit exactly what I wanted.
These were the least expensive of the slippers which were exactly what I wanted.
